Sugar content & low-sugar alternatives for kids
Snack Pack is Conagra's shelf-stable pudding cup — it goes in the lunchbox because it survives a warm backpack. Across the 70 Snack Pack variants we reviewed, the sweetened cups average 13g of added sugar each, about a glazed donut's worth, and the chocolate and seasonal-flavor multipacks reach 20–22g. The sugar-free and reduced-calorie cups are the only ones under our threshold, and they get there with sucralose rather than with less sugar. If what your kid actually wants is something spoonable and sweet, a low-sugar yogurt cup does the same job with protein instead.
Why Snack Pack isn't in our published catalog
We reviewed 70+ Snack Pack pudding cups from USDA and OpenFoodFacts data. Average added sugar is 13.2g per serving. None met our Tier D threshold (≤5g added sugar per serving), so the full lineup was archived from the published catalog. The page below routes to actually-low-sugar alternatives in the same format.
